Vice President of Construction
Wayne Blaxton serves as the company’s Vice President of
Construction and manages the development projects of Street Side
Communities, Inc. Wayne is a graduate of Auburn University with
a Bachelor of Building Technology degree. He has devoted his entire
career to the building industry. From estimating to superintendant
to owner, Wayne has vast experience in all areas of development
and building. |

Builders
John Higginbotham is a native of Alabama and graduate of Athens
State. John’s hands on experience in the homebuilding business
brings an invaluable element to our building team. John’s
focus is on custom designs and extraordinary customer service.
Mark Harris is a 1975 graduate of Auburn University. He has been
involved over the years with the construction of shopping centers,
apartment complexes and other commercial buildings but his true
love has always been building homes for people to call home. Mark
has been building homes in Madison County since 1984. In 2000 Mark
decided to do only what he loved and Mark Harris Homes, LLC was
founded. Mark is in every home every day to insure that the quality
and finish is the best. |
